I’VE MISSED MY DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We will attempt your deliver 3 times, carding you each time. If you’re not going to be home please contact our office to re-arrange a time to suit you, alternatively we can hold your parcel to be collected from our depot when is convenient for you.

CAN I SEND PARCELS THROUGH YOU?

Yes! We have a few different options for sending. We can arrange for small parcels delivered to anywhere in the UK at very reasonable rates direct to the consignee’s door. For larger goods we deal with many other reputable companies who can help with onwards shipping.

What happens to my goods after the 3rd attempt?

If we you have missed us 3 times your goods will be returned to the sender – please contact the company you ordered from to re-arrange your goods being sent out again

Do I need to contact the company I ordered from to arrange a collection?

No, in most cases you can contact our office directly, and we will arrange collection directly.

What days do you deliver?

We work Monday to Friday.

How do I send through Hermes?

Go to the myhermes website and follow the instructions, print off the label and attach to your parcel, choose a collection date and you’re all set

I don’t have a printer

If you are struggling to print the label we will be more than happy for you to email the label to our email and print it off for you.
